Absolutely love this place, so lucky to live 2 minutes away! The roast on a Sunday is my favourite but can't fault the daily special either. Great staff too.

Was at a baby shower and staff very helpful. Even though I just had a starter the food was very nice indeed. I'll definitely be visiting again .
The lunchtime special is definitely worth the money. Pizzas have a lovely thin base with plenty of filling. Just a shame this restaurant is not busier as it's a place that once experienced you will definitely return to. Our waitress Selina was very pleasant and attentive but not in your face. Was there when we needed her but gave us plenty of time to make our choices. Would definitely recommend.
Second visit to this place.went on Sunday for a roast dinner.7.95 for 2 courses.soup or potato skins.i had the skins.got plenty with 2 dips with a bit salad.for mains you have 3 choices of meat.chicken.beef or lamb.i had lamb with mash.turnip cabbage.peas roast potatoe.just the right amount to eat.i thoroughly enjoyed my meal.friendly staff an they bring your meal to the table nice an clean as well.
Ordered a take out Sunday lunch today and it did not disappoint! Beef was absolutley gorgeous and rest of the dinner was just as nice. Would definitley recommend for a traditional home made dinner.
Was at a Christening here very recently, haven't been in until now. Lovely decor, reasonably priced and warm feel to it! Would drink here again for sure, Lovely staff too! It looks great all done up as NE28 bar.
